Jem is a true gem. Yeah. That sounds corny, but whatever. It’s the truth.  I love that Jeanine treats you professionally and honestly about how what treatment would be best for you. She will always make you look your best--not overdone or fake.  I always look natural after my fillers (better of course) and I wouldn’t let anyone  else touch my face...other than Ashley-my esthetician... She is the absolute best when it comes to eyelash extensions and facial treatments.  I have had many Photo facials by her. She is fast and efficient.  Check out Jem they offer the newest technology when it comes to facial rejuvenation and body contouring. More

I am so Proud of Melissa & Jeanine for opening up their own med spa! They both are very talented injectors and professional, they will not talk you into something you dont need!  The Med spa is amazing, once you go in you feel welcomed! The staff is wonderful, friendly and all smiles, not the average snooty girls at other places.  This time i went for coolsculpting, and botox, I have been seeing Melissa for years for my injections, I love her technique ! She has done my lips in the past and they never look like duck lips & overdone. cant wait to go back:):)  JEM is a real GEM!!! More

Jem medspa is the best!  Everyone is so unbelievably nice.  I have been going to Melissa Judeh for about 14 years, since i moved back from california.  She is absolutely incredible.  She takes the time to talk to you and find out exactly what you are looking for.  Never overdone and fake.  Melissa is very knowledgeable and will help any of your concerns or insecurities in nothing but a positive way.  I will never give up my Melissa!!  And that is after going to multiple nurses and physicians in san diego and san francisco!!  She is amazing and truly takes the time for all of your needs! Beyond lucky to have this spa and the staff and owners in Orland Park! The owners went all out. The spa itself is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly and courteous. The owners/operators are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They love what they are doing. Helping women (and men) be how they feel on inside... beautiful! They are experts in their fields. When you come here you know you are in good hands! I have been here twice once for Botox treatment and again for a dermal infusion facial treatment. Extremely pleased with my Botox results. Consulted with Melissa about an area that had been bothering me for a while and we decided exactly what was needed to achieve the results I wanted. So happy I decided to do "bite the bullet". Can’t believe I waited so long. My other service was a dermal infusion facial. The aesthetician was just great. I walked out feeling like a new person. JEM Medspa is one word... WOW! I feel it is truly a gem for the south suburbs! Thanks! More

The facility is clean and well kept, not to mention beautiful and modern. I have personally had the pleasure of being injected by Jeanine and I would never go to anyone else for Botox. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, also honest. They do NOT just want to take your money here. They will be honest about what is realistically needed for your specific case. She has told me know and answered my stupid questions time and time again. I've also had the pleasure of Rebecca doing my facials and lash tint/ lift. I was referred to Jem Medspa by a friend for lip fillers. As soon as you walk into the office, it is clean and beautiful! The receptionist was very friendly and warm! I then was introduced to my specialist Nicole and right off the back I LOVED her. I explained to her that this was my first time getting lip fillers. She made the entire process smooth as can be and made me so comfortable from the second I walked into the room to the very end of my appointment. I loved that Nicole is so personable and that she didn’t rush the process. She took her time with me and really sat down and had a normal conversation with me which made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to lip injections and I really felt comfortable with the explanations she was giving me. I love how my lips turned out. She did an amazing job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my lips already! I will definitely be back and work with Nicole again! :) More

I went to the Elmhurst location for a much needed facial. The space is located in downtown Elmhurst. Great location. Plenty of parking.This was my first time having any sort of spa treatment since the pandemic. The office is brand new. Beautiful and inviting. The lobby area is spacious so the social distancing felt very natural. I was warmly greeted when I arrived. My facial was wonderful! Kim assessed what I needed and is extremely professional. Very good about explaining products she’s using and what she would be doing. It was very relaxing and my face looks and feels great. In lieu of a vacation a trip to Jem Medspa is a good alternative! Highly recommended! More

I was even told, if I need to stop by the next day, just to ask questions, they will set aside time to talk. I definitely found a Medspa that I will go to in the future. I would truly never trust anyone else with my face and they are worth every penny! There is a reason they keep expanding! I have had a few incorrect charges by the same front desk person, as well as some strange interactions, but this would never keep me from referring all my friends and continuing to seek all my own med spa needs from Jem. I went to JEM Medspa because a friend recommended them. I wanted Botox and lip filler but was really nervous because I had a not so great experience at a different medspa.  First off, all the staff is so nice and welcoming! My JEM injector was Jeanine.  She was professional and honest - she didn’t sugar coat or over promise anything which I appreciated after my last experience elsewhere.  She talked to me about what to expect and answered all my questions (I had a lot) She made me feel comfortable when I was so nervous. My lips look amazing and my Botox was spot on.  I’m so happy and I highly  recommend JEM! More

I recently went to Jem Medspa, after reading all the reviews I felt confident in my choice.  I was greeted by very friendly desk personnel and was given my paperwork to fill out.  I wanted to discuss some fillers as I have recently lost some weight and looking a little older than I’d like.  After meeting with my nurse Jeanine and getting answers to my many, many questions she was ready to get started.  She performed my procedures with minimal discomfort and was extremely patient with me as this was my first time getting any type of this work done to my face.  It was important to me that I did not look "overdone" and she was able to achieve wonderful results.  I am very happy with  my results and will definitely be a returning customer.  Great staff, great care, great results. I recently went to Jem in Orland Park for a consult for fillers and a little Botox. I met with Jeanine and was pleasantly surprised with how personable and knowledgeable she was about all the products and services at Jem. I ended up getting 2 syringes of filler and some Botox. It was virtually pain free and I left looking fabulous, I am very happy with my results and felt like I was getting a great deal. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future. More

I love going to Jem Medspa.My first time was the reason I decided to come back to them and continue my journey.During consultation the team welcomes you and luckily my consultation was with Laura Rice. Laura listened to my concerns. She was clear on what could and could not be done. She did not try to upsell or offer services I was not interested in. She explained how each process worked. I felt heard and welcomed. I went to another spa for a consultation and while they were a little cheaper they weren't as friendly and as attentive as the team at Jem Medspa. I will say that if you're nervous or afraid of needles etc. I would definitely recommend Laura Rice. She's very patient and clear on how to minimize pain/bruising with fillers. Since my consultation I've been back for a few sessions for about a year and a half. I'm very happy with my progress. Sammy is always friendly and would remember me by name every time which is always a plus because you feel valued as a repeat customer. Definitely recommend and clearly keep coming back. More

I have been seeing Heather regularly for a diamond glow facial. My results have been outstanding! Heather's background and education is exemplary, so I know I can trust her recommendations for my skincare. Not to mention she's just an amazing human being and I look forward to seeing her and catching up. This winter I'll be doing some laser treatments to address fine lines, wrinkles and discoloration. She tailored the treatments based on my needs, and I paid ahead during a JEM special pricing day, which made the treatments very reasonable. JEM is a beautiful medspa that is actually getting an upgrade (not that it's needed) in a larger space they'll be moving to once construction is completed. They really have their clients best interest at heart, and all staff members are attentive and kind. Very impressive place! Highly recommend JEM and Heather for results driven skin care. More
