Can’t wait for my next road trip from Michigan to book my next appointment to tackle some redness and age spots. This place is the best. The Medspa itself is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I started going to Melissa when she worked somewhere else a couple years ago and she is, by far, the best person I’ve had do my injections. So I had to follow her! And I’m glad I did! I took a leap and started several Cool Sculpt sessions between Sam and Christina a little less than 2 months ago. #superskeptical I would see real results. I have a petite frame, gymnast body that has made me uncomfortable for YEARS. Any extra ounce or pouch rounded me out like Violet from Willy Wonka. No matter how much I worked out or ate right these little confidence killers hung on. Now being 40, the challenge was that much more stressful. Sam walked me through a consult so thoroughly and answered every question so all of my concerns were put to ease. Sam also did my first treatment and Christina did my second treatment. How it has felt like I’ve know these two for 20 years is baffling, but they are just that GREAT at what they do. I am now 52 days post my first treatment on my belly and love handle area and I am already a dress size down.. changing NOTHING to my daily life style. I am super anxious now to start seeing results on my inner thighs, which was my second treatment. I would recommend EVERYONE to just be curious and go to JEM. We are all self conscious about something or other and they could not be greater. More

The Munster spa is tucked away in the back of the building, but it's easy to access. However, the buzzer system for entry was a bit unusual, especially on a cold and snowy day. It would be helpful if clients were notified about this process in advance. The lobby was clean and fragrant, with a variety of products available for testing. The staff was friendly and offered refreshments. My nurse practitioner, Dana, was professional and provided a thorough consultation with valuable advice. She didn't push me to purchase unnecessary services and recommended treatments that I appreciated. Her bedside manner was comforting and helped me relax. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and found the prices and services to be reasonable. I plan to return. More

The front desk ladies are immediately your besties when you get there. They make literally every part of your appointment so easy and are truly the sweetest. I also need to shout out to their monthly membership program because it is AMAZING. You pay a set amount monthly, and it basically just banks in your client profile and that money goes toward any service you have. The best part is that if you don’t use it that month, IT ROLLS OVER and you never lose out on that money. Not to mention, you get a % off retail and tox as a member. PLUS, you get extra perks throughout the year. I have literally never had a bad experience here.
