Yet another amazing treatment and overall experience at Jem medspa! Yesterday I did a BBL. The service was quick, but thorough. Diana did several passes with the laser to really treat all the areas of my concerns. Redness from rosacea and lots of sun damage. Her honesty and guidance, when talking about my treatment and future treatments is beyond my expectations. I always Trust I am in the best hands not only professionally, but personally. Everyone, all the staff are, are wonderful and treat you like a long time friend. More

I took a leap and started several Cool Sculpt sessions between Sam and Christina a little less than 2 months ago. #superskeptical I would see real results. I have a petite frame, gymnast body that has made me uncomfortable for YEARS. Any extra ounce or pouch rounded me out like Violet from Willy Wonka. No matter how much I worked out or ate right these little confidence killers hung on. Now being 40, the challenge was that much more stressful. Sam walked me through a consult so thoroughly and answered every question so all of my concerns were put to ease. Sam also did my first treatment and Christina did my second treatment. How it has felt like I’ve know these two for 20 years is baffling, but they are just that GREAT at what they do. I am now 52 days post my first treatment on my belly and love handle area and I am already a dress size down.. changing NOTHING to my daily life style. I am super anxious now to start seeing results on my inner thighs, which was my second treatment. I would recommend EVERYONE to just be curious and go to JEM. We are all self conscious about something or other and they could not be greater. More

I had an amazing experience at both JEM locations! My facial with Annina at Elmhurst was absolutely amazing, she was so knowledgeable about skin care and product. My second great experience was in Orland. I had a HALO done with PRP with Sara. She was also very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe during this procedure. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would recommend JEM to everyone. Also their injectors are some of the best! More

I was passing through town again and booked another dermal infusion facial with Samantha Paradiso @ JEM Medspa on Monday (5/6) My skin was left glowing and so smooth, love this facial. Can’t wait for my next road trip from Michigan to book my next appointment to tackle some redness and age spots. While I was there even though I had no appointment with Jeanine she take a look at my 60 year old frown line that she treated with Botox 3 weeks prior.
