Let me tellYou, I went in with lips that were previously done somewhere else and was having major issues with filler that was placed in my mucosal line and causing my smile to look horrible. She did not try to put more filler in, she advised me to first dissolve twice and then wait and come two weeks later. The wholeProcess was so detailed and articulate. When I came In to finally get the filler, she took her time like she truly cared and wasn’t just rushing to the next patient. And the RESULTS!! My lips look amazing!!! I visited JEM MedSpa back on 01/15/26. I received a BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment from Olivia O. This was my first time getting this kind of facial done and Olivia walked me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot of new things about my skin! Immediately after my skin felt so soft. Now, being two weeks since my facial, my skin looks and feels amazing! I had an excellent experience at this aesthetic center. I first had my lips dissolved at the Elmhurst location because I had some product migration, and later came back for a new filler application. Both doctors —the one who dissolved my lips and the one who injected them afterward— were extremely professional and gentle.During my first visit, the doctor also applied hyaluronic acid to my masseter area to balance my facial proportions, and the result was truly impressive. I have a slightly wider, more square-shaped face, and this treatment helped refine my features in such a natural way. My experience at JEM was a 10000000/10. Anna was my injector and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. I went into JEM with previous filler in my lips from a different med spa. I was expecting to go in to JEM to add another half syringe of filler into my lips. During my consultation with Anna, she recommended dissolving the previous filler before adding more. She was EXTREMELY educated, informative, and kind. She ensured that dissolving would be the right choice. I was very concerned that dissolving my lips would be painful because I’ve heard about many terrible experiences. However, my experience was completely painless and smooth. After dissolving my old filler, I finally came back to get my syringe. My lips have never looked better! Anna made sure to discuss my desired results before starting and answered any questions I had. During the process, she asked if I was okay multiple times and made me feel very comfortable. Again, the experience was painless. I’ve been to different med spas throughout the years and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. Even the girls at the front desk were so kind and the overall energy was amazing.
